Our standard turnaround time is 10–14 business days after invoice payment and final design approval. This timeline allows us to maintain quality, accuracy, and dependable production scheduling.

⚡ Do you offer rush orders?

Yes. Rush production is available for urgent orders.

Orders needed within 14 days or less require:

  • A 20% rush production fee
  • Mandatory express shipping (charged at carrier cost)

This guarantees priority scheduling and expedited delivery.

💳 When is payment due?

Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.
Production slots are secured only after payment is received.
We do not begin production until payment is completed.

🎨 When is my design approved?

All designs must be approved before production begins.
Once approved, any changes may impact turnaround time and pricing.

🖨 Do you provide design services?

Yes. Design assistance is included in most packages.

Additional fees may apply:

  • Custom Design / Setup / Mock-Up: $25–$75
  • Embroidery Digitizing Fee: $40

If you already have artwork or a logo, you may upload it during the quote request process.

Production slots are assigned on a first-paid basis.
